the process
Once you have contacted us and decided that we are just what you are looking for, we will send you a contract and an invoice for $250.00 to save your date. The contract and invoice can both be completed signed and paid online.

Once we've gotten all the legalities out of the way, we can begin the exciting process of planning your engagement session. Your session will be an hour long and we will work as a team to find the perfect location and to incorporate any details you wish to add that reflect your uniqueness!
02.
8 weeks before your wedding, we will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete online. This questionnaire will help ensure that we capture all the important details of your wedding and it will assist us in organizing a timeline for your wedding.
03.
We will be contacting you a month before, two weeks before, and two days before your wedding to check in on how you're doing and to see if there are any last minute changes to your timeline. Once we confirm everything with you, we will be beyond ready for your wedding day!

Your wedding day is here and our goal is to be joyful and calm and to capture every beautiful moment of your day!
About 4 weeks after your wedding, you will receive your final high resolution images in your own private viewing gallery.

Your high resolution images will be delivered through an online viewing gallery. The amount of images you receive depends on your wedding package and all that was involved in your wedding day. Our typical average is 75-85 edited images per hour. Once you have received your gallery, you will be able to share your images, send them off to print, download as much as you wish, or just simply enjoy viewing them online. Your gallery will be kept online for 5 years.
PAYMENT
We make every effort to ensure your wedding experience with us is comfortable and convenient. We offer easy online payments as well as digital signing of our contracts. We require a $250 retainer ($150 for Elopement Packages) to secure your date, which is due upon the return of your signed contract. We are very flexible with payments and can create a custom payment if you wish to have one.
